Mission Statement

In 1992, Ninon de Vere De Rosa saw a child being verbally scolded by a parent in a grocery store.  This everyday incident was her inspiration to give kids a voice, and in 1996, Ninon got her chance.  Ninon created a KidsTalk Productions, a production company that produces Voices of Tomorrow—a television show that she produces, hosts, and directs.

The mission of KidsTalk Productions is “to give youth all over the world a positive outlook on their own futures as well as to give adults a positive and supportive outlook on the current generation of youth.”  After a year, Ninon created the KidsTalk Foundation to raise money and awareness for the production company.

The mission of the KidsTalk Foundation is “to give each generation of youth the opportunity to fully reach their potential by giving them more willpower to realize and fulfill their goals.”  The KidsTalk Foundation founded the Youth Training Program (YTP) and works with several other organizations such as Homeless Youth, Mentoring, Community Service, Entertainment, Inner City Youth, Gangs, Teen Pregnancy, Teens and Guns, Students with an Edge, and Youth with Disabilities.

The KidsTalk Foundation also works with other foundations and associations in order to aid each of its youth.  On an individual basis, the foundation works with youth to prevail over problems within their lives.  After working with the program, youth come out of it ready to overcome negativity and make the best of their futures.

One purpose of the show is to encourage parents, adults, other children, and teenagers to listen to the youth’s perspective to understand how to help youth through their problems and gain a fresh outlook on what needs to be done to make the world a better place.  Much of the show focuses on what the youth of today are doing and what kinds of issues they have to deal with when their parents are not around.  This gives parents insight into how to communicate with their children and how to manage their children.   Ninon still oversees all aspects of her shows and foundation, and has many goals to expand not just the name, but also the cause.
